Corporate Development Coordinator
Job Duties:
Events
- Calendar events on corporate calendar and Outlook calendars
- Ensure the necessary prep calls are scheduled
- Ensure logistics are completed and provided to those that need the information
- Ensure contracts are approved
- Provide all requested materials to client (i.e. pictures, bio, descriptions)
Travel Arrangements
- Arrange for travel with CTI travel and client or directly through the airline as needed
Expenses and invoicing
- Work with Client Service Coordinators to invoice clients or invoice association directly
- Work with Client Service Coordinators on billing travel expenses
- Misc Expensify management
Schedule Appointments
- Schedule all requested appointments
Continuing Education
- Renew all preapproved continuing education
- Submit applications for new requests for continuing education credits
- Work with Creative Services to make sure all messaging around continuing education credits is accurate.
- Provide support to the field and to clients who have questions about our continuing education credits.
Endorsements
- Follow up on speaking engagements to request an endorsement
Social Media
- Monitor and respond when necessary
- Actively post and comment
Submissions
- Submit for keynote consideration to national/international associations
Awards
- Submit InsideOut Development for award consideration.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 1 – 3 years’ experience with clerical work.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must have good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
- Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
- Must be customer service oriented and have the ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Must be extremely reliable.
