Job Description: InsideOut Development is seeking to fill a part-time Project Lead position located in the Corporate Headquarters in South Jordan, Utah. This position will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and executing Professional Services projects.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead, initiate, and support Professional Services and Sales projects with support of leadership
- Produce process and project documentation
- Present virtually and produce Live Online sessions
- Support high-profile InPower client facilitator initiative
- Establish and maintain Professional Services data and files
- Define and coordinate performance metrics with support of Professional Services leadership
- Ensure accurate and complete client data in customer relationship management database
- Serve as back-up for calendar and scheduling issues
- Respond to client requests in a timely and high-quality manner
- Support key client and internal events
- Produce reports in SalesForce
Job Requirements:
- 2 year associates degree or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in a professional environment with increasing responsibility
- Results-oriented self-starter with strong ability to define and complete projects with minimal direction
- Presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong software (Microsoft Office, Adobe) and technology skills, able to pick up new applications quickly with minimal guidance
- SalesForce proficiency or Certified SalesForce Analyst
- Committed continuous learning and growth
- Responds favorably to obstacles and challenges
- Collaborates skillfully internally and with clients
- Experience working in a virtual environment with a global team
- Experience working with external customers desired
- Event management experience desired
- Adobe Connect producer experience desired
- Experience in the training field or a service industry desired
